- If there is any kind of product defect be it manufactured or transit damage or any other problem customer is facing refunds will be processed by OMGGifts.
- Remember, refunds will only be processed shortly after the team at OMGGifts investigate the process.
- Please note that we mostly deliver personalized gifts to our customers. So if any problem arrives after the delivery like you have a sudden change of mind for color or anything there’ll no subject to verification and no refund will be issued
